Sandeepan conducts in-depth studies, evaluations, and training programs on a wide range of developmental and social issues. These services are designed to support evidence-based policy-making, program implementation, and capacity building.

Key Activities 

• Baseline Surveys and Evaluations:
      Research on tribal development, agricultural value chains, inclusive livelihoods for persons with disabilities, and      trade of non-timber forest products (NTFPs).
• Third-Party Evaluations:
      Independent assessment of flagship Government of India schemes such as Sansad Adarsh Gram Yojana (SAGY)        and Shyama Prasad Mukherji Rurban Mission (SPMRM).
• Human Development Reports:
      Preparation of comprehensive Human Development Reports for districts in Gujarat and Madhya Pradesh,                 analyzing socioeconomic and educational indicators.
• Training Programs:
     Capacity building workshops on disaster management, gender empowerment, child protection, WASH (Water,        Sanitation, and Hygiene), health, and education—targeted at government officials, PRI members,                   schoolteachers, NGOs, and CBOs.
